The problem
A Kuwaiti supplier of cleaning chemicals, machines and hygiene products carrying 20+ international brands. We're cleaning up years of records and moving the business onto a cloud ERP and CRM with AI built in.
Customers, products and pricing lived across separate legacy databases and spreadsheets, so the same customer existed several times over and stock had to be checked by phone.
What we built
- One clean customer and product master across every brand
- Orders, quotes and stock in one cloud system
- AI reorder alerts and follow-ups, with sales approval
The work runs in sequence: legacy databases, then cleanup and de-duplication, then the cloud migration, then the intelligent ERP and AI-native CRM on top. Cleanup is running now; the migration is next.
