The problem
When a flight is cancelled or the weather turns, the traveler finds out from the airline and the agency finds out from the traveler. Rebooking then happens by phone, one call at a time.
What we built
Aura holds the whole trip and watches the day. When rain moves in or a flight is cancelled, it has already found the fix and asks the traveler for one tap to confirm.
- Today — a live view of where you are, what’s next and what Aura changed.
- Disruptions — rebooking options ready before the airline’s alert arrives.
- Itinerary — Aura’s edits are marked, so the traveler stays in control.
