What buyers ask before signing.

How do you handle HIPAA and patient data?

Our healthcare builds are architected so protected health information (PHI) never touches our infrastructure. Patient data stays on your systems — your EHR, your portal, your database. We integrate via authenticated APIs and audit trails. We can also sign a BAA where applicable.

Are the sites WCAG 2.1 AA accessible?

Yes — accessibility is baked in, not bolted on. Every component ships screen-reader tested and keyboard navigable. We test with VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS, and run axe + Lighthouse audits in CI. We aim for Lighthouse accessibility score of 100 before launch.

Is bilingual EN/ES support real, or just a Google Translate widget?

Real. Every page ships with structured EN/ES content workflows so your team writes once and publishes both. The CMS treats Spanish as a first-class citizen, not a translation. Adding a third language later (e.g. Hmong, Vietnamese, Mandarin) is a content add — not a rebuild.

What integrations do you support out of the box?

Common patient-portal vendors (athenaPatient, MyChart, NextGen), scheduling systems, e-prescribing partners, and most major EHRs via FHIR / HL7 APIs. Tell us your stack on the discovery call and we'll be specific.

What happens after launch — do we need a developer on staff?

No. Most of our healthcare clients don't have in-house developers. We deploy the site, train your team to update content, and leave plain-language documentation. Our maintenance plan covers monitoring, security patches, content updates, and the things you don't want to think about.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

Healthcare platform rebuilds run 60–90 days from kickoff to launch. Patient-portal-only builds: 45–60 days. Care Coordination AI add-on: 30 days. Pricing is fixed-scope, fixed-price — sized on a free first call. You get a written proposal regardless of whether you sign.

Ready to give your patients a site that actually works?

One call. We'll audit your current site, scope a rebuild, and quote it — in under 30 minutes.
