How do you handle HIPAA and patient data?
Our healthcare builds are architected so protected health information (PHI) never touches our infrastructure. Patient data stays on your systems — your EHR, your portal, your database. We integrate via authenticated APIs and audit trails. We can also sign a BAA where applicable.
Are the sites WCAG 2.1 AA accessible?
Yes — accessibility is baked in, not bolted on. Every component ships screen-reader tested and keyboard navigable. We test with VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS, and run axe + Lighthouse audits in CI. We aim for Lighthouse accessibility score of 100 before launch.
Is bilingual EN/ES support real, or just a Google Translate widget?
Real. Every page ships with structured EN/ES content workflows so your team writes once and publishes both. The CMS treats Spanish as a first-class citizen, not a translation. Adding a third language later (e.g. Hmong, Vietnamese, Mandarin) is a content add — not a rebuild.
